Has Radioactive Xenon-133 Reached The East Coast of the United States?

Zero Hedge is reporting that radiation from the Fukushima reactor damaged by the earthquake and tsunami, and the radioactive isotope Xenon-133 has reached the East Coast of the United States, and indeed the entire country.


The site is listing the Austrian Central Institute for Meteorology and Geodynamics site as their source, showing this graphic:

This would suggest that radiation has been found in all of the most populace parts of the country:  New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Boston, and Washington D.C.
